Dear Ma’am Corina,

I have had to make a very difficult decision that I cannot continue to work as a
Bookkeeper while I return to school to have my 6 months review for me to take my
CPA board exam. I had some family problems for the past weeks that I have decided
to take my board exam earlier than I have planned.

Consequently, this is my letter of resignation. I plan to work until September


15 or until I finish the reports that needed to be done. Working in Malolos Food
Corporation with you and my other co-workers has provided me with many
opportunities to develop my skills and career. It was been a great pleasure to meet
and know you. I trust that I have contributed to the company’s success through my
efforts.

I hope that I am leaving on positive terms and that I may be in touch in the
future. While circumstances will change over the next months while I pursue for my
CPA License, and the future is impossible to predict, if all works out, I will be
looking forward to meet and work with you again.

Best wishes to you and to the people that construct Malolos Food Corporation
for continuous success.

In the meantime, I will help you make the integration of a new employee go as
smoothly as possible and transit my job and responsibilities.
