A. Assistant Engineer has requested to Agency to start the work immediately on dated

B. Assistant Engineer again requested to Agency to start the work immediately on

C. In reference to above letters Executive Engineer has directed to Agency that do work as
per CPWD and complete the work as soon as earliest. (Letter copy enclosed)
D. Assistant Engineer has requested to Agency on dated 03-03-2018 to bring the material as
per agreement conditions and CPWD specification and speed up the work immediately

E. In reference to Assistant Engineer letter dated 3.3.2018 Executive Engineer directed to
Agency to do the work as per CPWD specification and complete the work timely (Letter
copy enclosed)
F. Executive Engineer again directed to Agency on dated 5/3/2018 to bring the material as
per approved list of material of NIT and complete the work immediately. (Letter copy
enclosed)
G. Executive Engineer intimated to Agency on dated 20.04.2018 that progress of work is
very slow and speed up and complete the work immediately. (Letter copy enclosed)
H. Assistant Engineer has again requested to Agency on dated 27-04-2018 to immediately
deployed labour to remove the defects pointed out to you (Letter copy enclosed)
I. Executive Engineer again directed to Agency on dated 16.05.2018 to complete the work

A. Assistant Engineer has requested to Agency on dated 03-10-2018 to work of relaying
of Bituminous road should be started immediately without any delay. (Letter copy

B. Executive Engineer has directed to Agency on dated 10.10.2018 to complete the work
immediately as there is no hindrance from the department at site. (Letter copy
enclosed)
C. Assistant Engineer has requested to Agency on dated 10-10-2018 to start the work of
relaying of Bituminous road immediately without any delay. (Letter copy enclosed).
D. Assistant Engineer has again requested to Agency on dated 15-10-2018 to start the
work of relaying of Bituminous road immediately without any delay but the
contractor has not found any interest to start the work (Letter copy enclosed).
E. Assistant Engineer has justified the hindrance from 25/12/2018 to 04-01-2019 due to
DPCC order work is stopped.
F. Executive Engineer has directed to Agency on dated 23.02.2019 to start the work
immediately as client department facing many problems
G. Assistant Engineer has again requested to Agency on dated 28-02-2019 that the
progress of work is very unsatisfactory, so complete the work immediately.(Letter
