Plan Adjustment
PART I. RESULT-BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RPMS)

o The original RPMS KRA 2 has 3 objectives (Objectives 4, 5, & 6). The KRA
2 Group suggested that the Objective 6 will not be added anymore in the
RPMS for ALS because its purpose is the same with the “PERSONAL
INFORMATION” added with learning experience.
o In KRA III MOVs, the participants added the Memorandum/Letter in
Objective 7.
o In KRA IV MOVs, the participants added the TOS/Rubrics in Objective 9.
o In KRA IV MOVs, the participants added the Learners’ Written Works
Portfolio (Pictures only) in Objective 10.
o In KRA IV MOVs, the participants added the Attendance, Pictures,
Minutes of the Meeting, Letter/Home Visitation Form about the
Communication with Parents/Guardians and Brgy. BCPC in Community
Engagement Tool in Objective 11.
o In KRA V MOVs, we must not include the Certificate of Recognition of
being a judge unless it is related to ALS in Objective 12.

PART II. TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT

o The recommended Training Plan is fixed. It means that the topic, schedule
and facilitators will not be changed, except the agreed number of
sessions.
o The facilitators can “CALL A FRIEND” if necessary.
