I/We (Bidder/s) hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The abovementioned motor vehicle, hereinafter referred to as the subject unit, is being sold on "as-is-where-is" basis;
2. The subject unit's registration in the Land Transportation Office may not be updated;
3. After having made a reasonable inspection and examination of the abovementioned unit, its physical condition , documentation and history, I/We am/are satisfied therein in all respects;
4. In the event that the subject unit is awarded by PSBank to me/us, my/our right to purchase the same is exclusive and non-transferable;
5. The term of payment may be through cash basis, or via financing through PSBank or via Carplan of PSBank or any member of the Metrobank Group. If payment is thru check, the same is
effective only upon clearance of the check.
6. Bidder shall be responsible for the cancellation of any encumbrance on the unit and shall bear any costs and expenses related thereto, including any costs and expenses which PSBank
may incur in the execution of documents for such cancellation of the encumbrance.
7. All winning bidders awarded from 8:30 AM to 1:59 PM are required to settle the full payment plus notarial fees of P300 for Deed of Sale & another P300 for Release of Chattel Mortgage
(for cash buyers) or the non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of P20,000.00 (for financing buyers) until 4:00 PM the same day. Winning bidders awarded from 2:00 PM
to 5:30 PM will be given only up to 12:00 noon the following banking day to settle the full payment plus notarial fees or reservation fee. Financing buyers should also apply for a PSBank Auto Loan
at the same time the reservation fee is paid. Failure to settle the reservation fee or the full amount shall automatically result in the cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of my/our right to purchase
the unit;
8. I commit to make my contact numbers (indicated above) open and available at all times during the bid tabulation date and thereafter. Failure to do so may result in non-notification and
eventual forfeiture;
9. All Documentary Tax, Value Added Tax (if any), Transfer Tax, Notarial Fees and expenses for the preparation of the Deed of Sale and relevant documents; expenses/fees for the
cancellation of previous ownership, corresponding transfer, and renewal of registration (if applicable) in my/our favor, as well as other taxes and fees as may be imposed by law shall be for
my/our account;
10 The Bank shall execute/issue the Deed of Absolute Sale and release the unit upon full payment of the subject unit (for Cash Buyers) or upon clearance of PSBank for the release of my/our
loan proceeds (for Financing Buyers)
11. I/We agree to claim the subject units within 72 hours after full payment thereof, otherwise, I/we shall be liable for a storage fee of P400/day per unit.

In submitting this offer, I/we authorize PSBank to receive, use, process, store, make profile or share to any of its affiliates and/or subisidiaries within the Metrobank Group, any third party, agent or
service provider who provides related services to PSBank, and any government agency/regulatory body/branch, which in turn is/are authorized to receive the Information provided herein, without prior
notice: (a) in order to facilitate and/or consummate the transaction herein; (b) for the protection of either party against fraud; (c) in the validation, verification or updating of the Information; (d) in
order for PSBank to enforce its rights or perform its pbligations by reason of any law or regulation, contract or order from any court or quasi-judicial and administrative offices; (e) in the prosecution or
defense of PSBank or its directors/officers/employees with regard to disputes or claims pertaining to the transaction herein; and (f) in order for PSBank or its affiliates and/or subsidiaries within the
Metrobank Group to offer or provide its other or additional prodcuts and services. By giving the foregoing authorities and in order for PSBank to fully exercise the same, I/we hereby waive any related
right accorded to me under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Acr of 2012) or applicable laws.
13. I/We am/are required to submit my/our offer in a sealed bid following the mechanics stated below.
Bidding Mechanics:
1. All New Arrival Units posted on the corporate website the previous day will be subject to a Special Bidding the following working day from 8:30am-9:30am. Minimum bid price for this is the unit's
Selling Price. Bids will be tabulated by ARMD at 9:30am and winning bidders will be announced to the participants immediately thereafter.
2. Selling Price Offers are treated on a first-come, first-serve basis and is prioritized over bids below the Selling Price.
3. For bids below the Selling Price, all bids will be turned over to ARMD - PSBank Head Office every Tuesday and Friday and will be opened at 2:00pm of the same day for validation and
tabulation .Cut-off time for the submission of bid forms will be at 1:00pm of Tuesday and Friday; when a holiday falls on a Tuesday or a Friday, the tabulation schedule will be moved to the next
bid tabulation day.
4. Customer Experience - Business Center shall be the one to award the unit to the winning bidder via phone call or SMS.
5. Bids are considered non-transferable.
6. All winning bidders will be required to settle the required bid amount (for cash buyers) or non-refundable and non-transferable reservation fee of P20,000.00 (for financing buyers)
until 4:00pm the same day if awarded between 8:30 AM to 1:59 PM (or until 12:00 noon the next banking day if unit was awarded from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM).
7. Should a winning bidder cancel a bid upon awarding or fail to settle the required payment within the specified time, PSBank shall forfeit all other bids of the said bidder and nullify subsequent bid offer
for 30 days beginning from the date of cancellation of the first bid.
8. In case of disputes on bid or bid results, PSBank shall have the sole responsibility to decide on the dispute and all decisions made by PSBank related to such disputes shall be deemed final.
