LSM Bookface Photo Contest

The LSM Instructional Media Center/Library is launching an online photo contest called "Lourdesian Bookface" to celebrate National Book Week and Library and Information Services Month. Participants are asked to take photos featuring their favorite book as the main subject and submit their entries by December 11th for a chance to win National Book Store gift certificates. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and presentation. Winners will be announced on December 15th.

This activity aims to showcase LSM community’s creativity through

photos using books as artistic objects

to promote love of reading books and learning!

1. The contest is open to all members of the LSM

Community (students, Faculty, and Parent & Son).

2. Each individual/group is only allowed to submit

one (1) entry.

3. The contest will be officially opened on

November 25, 2020. Individual and group entries

will be accepted until December 11, 2020 only.

4. Announcement of Winners via the LSM IMC

Mechanics: B kface !
1. The contestant must have his favorite

book as the main focus of the photo.

2.The contestant may use background

and props to enhance the book as the

main subject.

3. Photo must be in JPEG format, at least

300 dpi and may be enhanced through

the use of filter and editing techniques.

4. To qualify, the contestant/s shall submit

the photo entry to LSM IMC official email at
