Goal 1:

Before I began the process to accomplish the goal. I planned to write a myself a schedule for
exercises that I should do and food that I should eat for a day.

Goal 2:

I decided to set myself a schedule again to tell me what to do. I will follow the plan that I
researched (according to plan in WOOP).

I planned to do at least 30 mins of cardio exercise per day and planned to eat less dinner.

● 22/11/20; Goal 1

Week 1: I planned to exercise at least 30 minutes per day, I think that is the perfect length of
time for myself. For the dinner, I think I can’t change my diet to be healthy diet right away so
I decided to reduce amount of food first.

Week 2: Exercise routine is the same as the first week. I decide to change the diet to be only
milk and fruits because I think I am now used to eating less dinner.

Week 3: Exercise routine and diet is the same as week 2. They worked well in week 2 so I
think the plan is good now.
Goals
● 22/11/20; Goal 2

Week 1: According to WOOP, I follow the plan. I think it works well, I stay focus longer than I
usually do.

Week 2: I plan to do more sets of SAT exam because I am now used to the schedule.

Week 3: I can do more sets of SAT exam in week 2, so I decide to increase number of sets in
this week.

● 25/10/2020

Goal 1: I lost 3 kg but unfortunately, I forgot to take picture of me on a weighing machine.

Goal 2: I am more productive than before. I can do many productive things in one day and
still have some time to rest.
