Greetings we hope this letter finds you well and safe!

CrewFacilities is interested in partnering with your facility!

A little bit about who we are: CrewFacilities.com is a women-owned organization that has been awarded 97
government contracts and manages the lodging for our clients in a multitude of industries such as construction,
disaster relief, utility, transportation, environmental, etc. We hold 2 GSA Schedule Contracts, one for short term and
one for long term lodging. Typically, many of our contracts involve 10-500 or more rooms for multiple nights and
others that stay weeks or months, depending on the specific assignments. Even during this horrific 2020 pandemic,
we are honored to have booked over 1,000,000 room nights for our clients over the last 9 months, we take pride in
serving those that are serving others.

Currently, as the premier contractor, we are looking for a hotel within a 10-mile radius of:

Kiawah Island, SC 29455

to provide single or double occupancy rooms. Due to COVID-19, there will be 1 occupant per room.

Period of Performance: March 1 to July 31st

15 people to start gradually increase to 50 people by mid Apr.


They stay at 50 people through mid-May.
Then end May to end of July they will have 25-30 ppl

Dates are estimated at this time and periodicity may need to be modified based on the growth of work.
A rate agreement must be signed by 11/30/20 Noon Eastern to submit to use of the facility for this bid. Facilities
must provide a direct bill.

Due to funding, we are requesting the following range for rates: $40 - $45 with a 10% commission

PLEASE NOTE: As an authorized representative of the government; Crewfacilities.com is tax-exempt for government
stays. We will provide the federal tax-exemption form if your facility is chosen for lodging.

Facility Requirements:
Must comply with all health and safety codes.
Must set up the direct bill for Crewfacilities reservations.
Extended Stay rooms
Kitchenettes preferred
Microwaves and Refrigerators preferred
