EVENT: Evangelization Picnic

Event DESCRIPTION: The Hollywood Party will be a general Assembly hosted by Circulo. The assembly
aims to propose future ideas to the organization/ask for any more ideas and bring the close-knit
organization even closer, with the introduction of the new members.

Time: 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Type of Event: General Assembly

OBJECTIVES:
• Become enlightened about each member’s God given talent, which
helps the organization’s growth in every way.
Faith Formation • Realization of the importance of God with every movement done
within the organization and that it was never possible to have
accomplished self-made production without Him.
To be able to learn ins and outs of the theatre organization and learn
Academic Excellence the importance of perseverance especially in times of time
constriction.

Revival of the organization’s peak. Re-assurance that if everyone


Social Responsibility within the organization believes in the same message that a
performance is a sacred freedom of expression.

PRODUCT/SERVICES:
Circulo's General Assembly's theme for the 2018 is "Hollywood". This assembly will resemble a typical
Hollywood party from the red carpet to an area to where the organization members who are dressed in
costumes that represent Hollywood Icons, can have their photo taken by "paparazzi", to all the fun a
Hollywood party would have in terms of a good time with good company. The assembly dances through
the organization's plans for the year, to some fun games, and to dinner. At the end of the party, we
announce the best-dressed member.

Equipment needed:
• 1 microphone
• Air-conditioner in the AC Commons
• TV and speaker in the AC Commons
