all NKD CSR statutes as outlined in the supplier manual.

In case of any industrial accident or incident arising from a violation of the NKD code of conduct or
the CSR statutes as outlined in the supplier manual (which is the baseline of the business relationship
with NKD) company (Harry Fashion Ltd.) hereby explicitly confirms to accept full responsibility
includingpossible claims or compensation claims resulting therefrom to the full extent.

apply and be legally binding.
