NAKD FASHION BRAND CONTRACT
COLLABORATION AGREEMENT:
This contract is between NAKD FASHION BRAND and

1. WORK AND PAYMENT:
NAKD FASHION BRAND is hiring you for a haul, this is usually the alternative in situations where the
model cannot be available for the shoot. You are to begin work the moment you
receive the selected items on __ /__/2024 This Contract ends on __ /__/2025 which can be extended
if you wish to continue your journey with us. You are entitled to an outright salary payment of
$3000 monthly (minimum) and a sign-on bonus of $1000 , you become an official
member/influencer of our brand. Reimbursements will be made for all out of pocket expenses which
may be in cured during your working with us. Receipts and invoices for out-of-pocket expenses are
to be forwarded as early as possible so it can be processed on time without delay.
2. OWNERSHIP AND LICENSES:
NAKD FASHION BRAND is entled to ownership of any photos taken as part of this job, content
creation on for NAKD FASHION BRAND. This Will be finished content materials that is developed,
designed, conceived and worked on as part of this project whether before the
date of the contract . All images created by influencer is licensed
to NAKD FASHION BRAND AND THE INFLUNCER. NAKD FASHION BRAND can make use
of the created contents or decide not to make use of it in the future. NAKD FASHION BRAND
PROJECTRAND will only grant permission to use the created content as part of portfolio and
websites in galleries and other media platforms . It shouldn’t be sold our used for any other
commercial use.
3. TERMS AND TERMINATION:
This contract is ongoing until l the end of the duration period (All models are entitled to a year, then
you can renew your Contract if you are still interested in working with us). All outstanding
entitlements will be paid in full for the work done till the contract ends also will the reimbursements
for out-of-pocket expenses for any agreed-upon as well. Concerning the haul, the delivery fee will be
paid by the model as the fee has already been reimbursed to your check. Calculated costs of priority
mail and express delivery, the delivery fee is summed to a total of $150
4. VERIFICATION OF INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT: Your Instagram account will be verified after six
months of postng pictures and also creatng quality videos to promote the NAKD FASHION BRAND.
When this contract ends, all confidential information shared or exchange are to be returned or
destroyed. Confidential information will not be shared with a third party unless you are given the
permission to do so. This obligation Is to be followed even after the contract
has ended. This Contract represents NAKD FASHION BRAND and I
