(Project Name) : Inspection Checklist - External Works Within Lot Boundary

This inspection checklist is used to verify external works within residential lot boundaries. It contains criteria for pre-installation and post-installation inspections of items like aprons, side drains, road kerbs, fences, gates and road signs. The main contractor and resident staff must sign off at each stage, with the main contractor rectifying any rejects found before resident staff re-verification. The external works quality KPI is calculated based on the number of locations accepted after re-verification at the post-installation stage.
