Engineer's Comments:
1.Inspection has been done with respect to the grid lines provided by contractor surveyor.
2.Provide adequate supports to avoid torsional stress and fully restrict the pipe dislocation
during civil works. Avoid resting the structural rebars/other loads directly on top of pipes
(pipe shall be laid load free).
3.The works at site is done in absence of approved floor tiling layout. Contractor will remain
responsible for any modification, at no extra time/cost to the project, if the piping is not
matching as per the latest approved respective tile layout drawings..
3) FD depths are reduced to 400 MM from FFL.
Above changes are to be reflected in As built drawings
Only Highlighted area offered for inspection.Remaining works inside
kitchen and outside the tie beams shall be completed later.
No Leak found.No objection for proceeding with following activities.
