Subject Fuel Tank Capacity and Combination Unit

Combination Unit can only measure fuel level within the EFFECTIVE TANK CAPACITY. It can’t measure Upper Dead Stock and Lower Dead Stock, although this
stock of fuel is usable. To choose a suitable Combination Unit for a Fuel Tank, EFFECTIVE TANK HEIGHT should be measured and then part number can be
identified (refer tables).
