Sub: Request to postpone my Advanced Nursing Practice exam


Respected sir,
I, Sapna thakur a student of M.Sc. nursing 1 st year. My Advanced Nursing
Practice exam to be held on 07/01/2021 and on same day my HPSSC staff nurse
documentations verification date has fixed. Both are important for me and I am not able to
attend both on the same date. So I request to postpone my exam. I shall attend the exam on
any other date as decided by you.
Hope you will understand my problem and allow to skip my Advanced Nursing Practice
exam on said date.
