Respected Sir,

With due respect and humble submission following few lines for your kind consideration and
favourable action please.

Sir, I am Jayganesh PS brother of 041677843 CT/GD J. Maruthavanan, 58 BN, Warangal, (T.S.). On


12.12.2020, my brother proceeded for 15 days CL leave for the year 2020. As he was undergoing treatment
for SEHIZOPHRENIA, from Dr.I Narzari, Psychiatrist, Composite Hospital, C.R.P.F, Hyderabad, he was
accompanied with CT/GD Marikannan of 58 BN, Warangal till Chennai Railway station. At Chennai
railway station I received my brother. After the leave, he was supposed to report for duty on 01.01.2020
FN. As his wife was unable to accompany him to his duty place, I came with him there. Due to the
custodial attack that occurred in 165 Bn, he is very much disturbed. He was taken to hospital for consulting
Psychiatrist at IMB Hospital,Trivandrum. Next week he got appointment for consulting the doctor for his
treatment .
Sir, therefore, I kindly request you to please consider my request for the sanction of 30 days Earned
leave for my brother 041677843 CT/GD J. Maruthavanan for the year 2021 on humanitarian grounds as
early as possible, so that I can take him to hospital for his further psychic treatment. Kindly help me in this
regard.
