occurredat approximately 1700 hours in front of battalion office CISF located in block 16 JN
Salai Road on 24/04/2025 as per initial information. the lady was driving a heavy duty XL
vehicle (two wheeler) bearing number TN 31 AR-8242, was coming from The Wrong side.
while crossing the road in front of the battalion office the lady namely Soundarya, age 32
Year wife of Dayanidhi House Number 12 sector 36a,block mariamman kovil Street Neyveli
reportedly lost control and collided with the bike of ASI/MT Ganamoorthy .further both
were taken to the NLC GH for treatment. in this regard a GDentry was made at FTR control
room vide GD NO. 988 Dated 24/04/2025 at 1700 hours.
2. I this connection a preliminary inqury has been conducted and submitted this office on
29/05/2025. On perusal of cited PE report the compitant authority has been endorsed
remarks conduct COI.
3. The board of officers will find out the facts under which circumstances the incident had
taken palace and its outcome thereof.
4. The board will conduct the coi immediately as per the procedure laid down by CISF force
headquarter circular no. ciw/9/2007 para -A, sub para vii dated jan 2007 & and submit the coi report
