Dear DR. SALVILLA:

Greetings!

The Inday Loren Movement (ILM), in partnership with Sangguniang Kabataan of


Valderrama, Antique, will conduct an outreach program on 23 February 2019 in
Barangay Culyat, Valderrama, Antique . This program is part of ILM’s community
service to poor and underserved communities like Barangay Culyat, which is situated in
the upland part of Valderrama, Antique.

ILM requested the invaluable assistance of the youth of Valderrama to conduct the said
outreach program in Barangay Culyat, Valderrama, Antique on 23 February 2019.
Some student-volunteers have manifested their willingness to offer their time and
energy to deliver gifts and give happiness and put smiles on the faces of the residents
of Barangay Culyat, Valderrama, Antique. However, they are currently enrolled in NSTP
and ROTC programs and will have respective classes on said date.

In this connection, I am requesting permission for the following student-volunteers to be


excused in their NSTP and ROTC classes on 23 February 2019:

3. Berdin, Christian
4. Del Rosario, Jaylou
5. Gomez, Cristy
6. Jauod, Eunice Joy
7. Laude, Jomel

All requirements to be given under their NSTP and ROTC classes will surely be
submitted within the time given.
