GENERAL TERMS & CONDITONS
18% GST will be applicable additional.
80% of the supply payment along with the purchase order and 20% on product delivery.
80% of the Erection payment along with the purchase order and 20% on completion.
WORKSTATION PCs for view point are not included.
Transport and the accommodation will be charged additionally at the actual.
Warranty 12 months from the date of supply. Breakdown calls would be attend within 48 hours from the time of
escalation.
The Extension of the Warranty for the next year will be entertained as AMC. Comprehensive AMC will be 15%
from the basic Sale Value.
For outstation break down calls, the above estimation will include planning for engineer deputation and travelling
duration In case, the calls logged during Sundays or holidays, then response date will be based on next working day as
actual date.
WARRANTY will not applicable for the Power Supply, Cable & its Accessories.
Delivery Within 30 Days from the Issue of PO along with the advance payment. This Proposal Is Valid For 15 Days.
Mounting accessories will be charged additionally according to site requirement.
Erection Charges should not include the CIVIL WORKS if any.
Scaffolding, Ladder and Raw Power Should be provided by the client at the time of erection and warranty period.
Actual consumed cable quantity will be billed.
Monitor/ Display Unit will not Included in This proposal.
