My duties include consulting on and carrying through with various wood furniture and metal structure
items. This includes everything from picture frames and cabinets to steel and aluminum window
frames. Custom cabinetry is common. Steel and aluminum fabricating includes welding and installing
frames. Stained glass is a primary focus and includes cutting, leading, and soldering new and restored
windows up to and including on-site installs.

Lean Manufacturing Line Lead

Overseeing a full process, lean manufacturing line.
Duties included organizing daily tasks and assigning special processes. Line included cleaning and prep
of molds, coordinating fork lift operations, lay-up of composite materials, vacu-forming and heating
(auto-clave) of parts, removal and organization of parts, CAD machining of parts, repair of parts, prep
and finish for paint for final inspection. Also included were coordinating with supply depot for proper
materials and supplies, coordinating with QA and engineers for improvements to process for parts.
