May 2017 to April 2020
Primary wood and metal fabricator and installer. 
 
My duties include consulting on and carrying through with various wood furniture and metal structure
items. This includes everything from picture frames and cabinets to steel and aluminum window
frames. Custom cabinetry is common. Steel and aluminum fabricating includes welding and installing
frames. Stained glass is a primary focus and includes cutting, leading, and soldering new and restored
windows up to and including on-site installs.

Customer Service Supervisor


Red Dot Corporation - Tukwila, WA
October 2014 to April 2016
Managing customer service and "sister company" orders and requisitions. 
 
My duties include training new hires, processing orders, reviewing quality and warranty reports,
reviewing shipping and on-time order reports, assisting in customer complaints, and coordinating
with planning and production for special requests. Also coordinated orders and parts requisitions for
overseas productions for "sister companies" in Ohio and China.

Care Service Supervisor

Running and organizing the company's customer care department. 
 
My duties were to run and train a team of customer care representatives. Organizing and assigning
daily duties, training new hires in standard procedures and escalation calls, retraining or training-

checks and investigations of customers to include possible fraud. Helped with updated website UI
development.

Lean Manufacturing Line Lead


AIM Aviation and Aerospace - Renton, WA
October 2006 to February 2009
Overseeing a full process, lean manufacturing line. 
 
Duties included organizing daily tasks and assigning special processes. Line included cleaning and prep
of molds, coordinating fork lift operations, lay-up of composite materials, vacu-forming and heating
(auto-clave) of parts, removal and organization of parts, CAD machining of parts, repair of parts, prep
and finish for paint for final inspection. Also included were coordinating with supply depot for proper
materials and supplies, coordinating with QA and engineers for improvements to process for parts.

Construction Manufacturing Foreman

Construction Manufacturing Supervisor of a manufacturing line. 
 
Organizing and assigning various positions on a manufacturing line. Coordinating and timing between
sawyer, layout, component, and framing stations. Inventory of supplies and tools. Organizing loads for
shipment. Supervising loading of trucks with forklift driver.
