Labor rate/s: Identify the labor rate/s that will be applied to the labor hours. Include how/if you will incorporate
benefits into the labor estimate.

Overhead: Identify how you will incorporate overhead and administrative costs into the project total (including
facility, management, telephone, internet charges, office supplies).

Miscellaneous: Include expenses for marketing costs (including collateral or focus groups), legal costs
(contracts, patents, trademarks), travel and food, advertising, and training.

Contingency Reserve: Identify how you will incorporate contingency reserves into the budget.

Capital: Identify if you need to obtain capital dollars for this project.

Total Project Budget: Add up all of the costs to successfully complete the project.

Approval: Sponsor approval and date for project budget.
