Affidavit of Cohabitation

This joint affidavit of cohabitation was made by two individuals in the Philippines who have lived together as husband and wife for over five years without being legally married. JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state THAT:

1. We have been living together as husband and wife under the same roof, continuously

hence, there exists no legal impediment for us to marry each other;
