2. On the 31th of December 2020 at around 11 o’clock in the evening, I was walking outside the school
close to ohanas pizza shop;
3. I saw one man holding a gun wearing a mask riding with a sniper motorcycle with plate no. MLB 123
outside

of ohanas pizza shop, At that time, I was about three (3) meters away from the man;

4. Right then, I shouted to him "hoy nag unsa ka diha" and the man I saw look like his calling someone
inside the pizza shop;

5. After a few second I saw a man rushing outside the pizza house wearing a mask also and a black bag
pack and ride immediately away with the man who's riding the sniper motorcycle.

6. Then after, I dial immediately the police hotline no. because of the suspicious act of to men around
11: 05 o'clock in the evening the police arrive.

05. After they are caught , we inform there rights and that they being held for allegedly committing acts
of robbery.

That I am legally married to Clarissa Mayor in a religious ceremony before Rev. Josefino Masid
