This is in reference to the above mentioned subject Re:Request for 8th Billing
(50% of Retention or 5% of Total Project Cost). Please be informed that the
Construction of 11-Units Stalls Building located along Gaisano arcade, Arnaldo
Blvd., Roxas City is still on-going as of the moment and the project has Ceased for
almost Two (2) Months due to the Corona virus Pandemic and The City Government,
Requested Us to stop Because of the order of National Government to comply for the
Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), With this, May I request your good office to be
Considerate enough to release 50% of the Retention Payment for Us to finish the
project the soonest time (for our Finances was exhausted due to two Months work
stoppage). With this, I am appealing to you and your good office to consider this
request and so we can finish the project the soonest time.
