Application
Joncryl® 1687 is a hydroxyl functional acrylate dispersion for aluminium
dairy lidding primer applications.
Water-based high performance aluminium primers based on Joncryl®
1687 offer an excellent balance between resistance and ink receptive
properties.
Joncryl® 1687 offers very good transfer and printability in combination
with blocking, heat, hot water resistance and hydrogen peroxide
resistance when crosslinked with amino resins.

If required to lower the curing temperature, PTSA solution could be added instead of water.
Recommended amount: 21 grams of PTSA solution (0.2 gram PTSA in 100 gram water).
