LPG CYLINDER FILLING PLANT MACHINES UTILITY REUIREMENTS

1. CHAIN CONVEYORS.
 Made of a galvanized steel frame.
 CC600 cast iron chain is used.
 Electricity - Cable glands of each explosion proof electrical motor.
 Conveyor - Including all conveyor legs and concrete plug.

2. ROLLER CONVEYOR.
 Made of a galvanized steel frame.
 Galvanized steel rollers 50(diameter).
 Thickness 3 mm.
 Axes 12(diameter) (18 roller per meter).
 Each roller is equipped with balls bearings.
 Conveyor legs are included when it is not embedded to the concrete.

3. TARE WEIGHT ENCODING SYSTEM.

Consumptions.
 Air : 6,2 N liters / cylinder *4
 Electricity : 12V, 100mA max. (According To power supply 85-264VAC, 47-440HZ)

4. TANGEANTIAL PNEUMATIC ADMISSION.

Consumptions.
 Air : 0,04Nm3/cylinders with air pressure set at 6bars.
 Air : Quick drain valve of the air regulator - Ø1/2".

5. CAROUSEL SYSTEM

Consumptions.
 Air : Depends of the filling machines numbers used
 LPG : Depends of the filling machines numbers used
 Electricity 400Vac : 1,1kW.
 Electricity 230Vac : Maximum 0,8kW.
Limit of supply.
 Air : Male connection Ø1" – Gas type
 LPG : Counter flange – Ø3" ANSI 300
 Electricity 400Vac : Cable gland of the driving unit.
 Electricity 230Vac : Cable gland of the power supply.
6. ELECTRONIC FILLING SCALE ON CAROUSEL

Consumptions.
 Electricity : 12V, 100mA max. According to power supply 85264VAC,47-440HZ
 Air : 0.015Nm3 maximum per filling cycle.
Limits of supply.
 Air : Isolating valve - Ø1/4".
 Electricity : Electrical plug.
 LPG : Isolating valve Ø1/2".

7. ELECTRONIC CHECK SCALE.

Consumptions.
 Air : 7 Normal liters / cylinder with air pressure set at 6bars.
 Electricity : 12V, 100mA max. According to SIRAGA power supply 85264VAC, 47-
440HZ.

8. ELECTRONIC RESETTING CHECK SCALE.

9. CONTROLLING UNIT.

 Electricity : Cable gland of the electrical power transformer.

 Electricity : 0, 3 kW – 230 Vac (50 Hz).
10. AUTOMATIC VALVE LEAK + ORING DETECTOR.

Consumptions.
 Air : 0,015 Nm3 / cylinder with air pressure set at 6bars.
 Electricity : 230V, 50Hz.....: 0, 3 kW.
Limit of supply
 Air : Quick drain valve of the air regulator - Ø1/2".
 Electricity : Cable gland of power supply.

11. AUTOMATIC THERMO-SHRINKABLE SLEEVES MACHINE 1 HEAD.

 Radiography : 10%.

13. MANUAL ORING LEAK TESTER DUAL HEADS

 Compressed air : quick drain valve for the air regulator -Ø1/2"
