Cancer detection kit is a novel, non-invasive ‘DIAGNOSTIC KIT’ for cancer detection. Cancer is
emerging as the third most common cause of mortality and morbidity, worldwide as well as in
India.
Neoplastic disorders are characterized by undeferential cellular turnover, either with
minimal/absent cellular characteristics. As a result, nuclear and Cytoplastic catabolic products
(mainly peptides & amino acids) are released in the blood stream. Eventually they are excreted in
the urine by the kidneys. When the urine of such patients is analyzed using Cancer detection kit
solution, it will yield a color change from Dark Yellow to Brick Red.
This reaction is only when there is a malignant and not a benign growth (Hyperplasia,
Hypertrophy, Cellular differential well preserved). Benign tumors will not show a color change
with Cancer detection kit. Moreover, this can also be used to judge the response to cancer
therapy (Surgery, Radiation, Chemotherapy) & also to evaluate a positive response or to
analyses cancer recurrence.
This product is developed to be used as a diagnostic nodule in preventive medicine, health
checkup plans, high risk individuals and those with family history of cancer. The sensitivity of this
test is more than 95%.

5 Easy steps:
Step 1: Collect the urine in the plastic tray and aspirate whit the suction tube.
Step 2: Fill the reagent bottle with precisely 5ml of urine as filling more or less can cause
Inaccurate results.
Step 3: pour the 5ml* of urine sample in the bottle filled whit the 0.6ml reagent.
Step 4: Shake slightly and rest for 5 minutes
Step 5: Compare the colour of the disposition with the standard colour index, that comes with
the kit.
Precaution to be taken before Cancer detection kit test:
Light diet or low protein diet.
Avoid Alcohol for at least 24 hours before test.
No drugs or medicine at least 6 hours before test.
Prefer first morning Urine (however anytime is acceptable).
If the Urine is green or grey green, it indicates jaundice. Do the test After disappearance of
jaundice.
Conclusion:
White or Light-Yellow color of precipitate indicates Negative results.
Light Red color of precipitate indicated Weak positive results.
Dark pink color of precipitate indicates positive Result.
Brick red color precipitate indicates the Strong positive results.
Elucidation of the test results:
Negative results indicate there is no cancer cell in the body.
The weak positive results indicate there may be have cancer cell in the body. The patient should
retest after one week. Lf still same results occur, further iconography examination or Doctors
advised to be taken.
Appearance of more than twice positive results or strong positive results show there is cancer cell
in the body.
Its valuable to evaluate the effect of the treatment for the cancer patient.
The strong positive or positive results indicates the curative effect is common and weak positive
or negative results indicate the treatment is effective.
