Call to Order We would like to acknowledge the presence of
our dear principal, ma’am Rubelyn Castro who is
already with us today.
Dear Teachers, as we start today’s session, I
would like to ask the full cooperation of
everyone, specially those who are off-site to
please turn your microphones muted most
specially if someone is speaking to avoid
disturbance po. If possible, we must stay on-cam
for everyone’s visibility.

Training program in an organisation is a process
by which people are taught with skills and given
the necessary knowledge or attitude to enable
them to carry out their responsibilities to the
required standard in the present job and to
undertake greater and more demanding roles for
effective job performance. Organisations are
facing many changes in this crisis. As such,
training program plays an important part to
overcome these problems and to cater the needs
of the each individual, whether it be the teacher,
staff or the students.
It also serves as a bridge between prospective
and experienced educators to meet the new
challenges of guiding students towards higher
standards of learning and self-development. In
developing the professionalism status of
teachers, the training program such as this
activity should not be away from the reformation
that occurs.
