AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, ESTRELLA B. POBLETE, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and


currently residing at Blk 6 Lot 7 Rosal St. Gardenville Subd. Pagasa 2, Imus City,
Cavite, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the vendor in the Deed of Absolute Sale notarized by Atty.


Antonio T. Nicolas with document no. 221; Page no. 45; Book no. VII;
Series of 2021;

2. That I did not notice my middle initial erroneously written as “M” instead of
“B” because my middle name is “BABAGAY”;

3. That I went to the notary public to correct such error through countersigning
the error by the notary public;

4. That I execute this Affidavit of Correction to attest the truth of the foregoing
facts and for whatever purpose it may serve.
