May I have the honor to apply for the vacant position of Dump Truck Driver
of the Provincial Motorpool Office.

I am Junie Y. Paluga, Driver I of the Provincial Motorpool and currently re-


assigned at the Vice Governor’s Office. I have been given the opportunity to work in
the Provincial Government of Bohol for over 12 years as Driver. I am a graduate of a
vocational course on Automotive at the Bohol Institute of Technology, Tagbilaran
City.

I have gained a lot of experience while working in the Provincial Government


of Bohol. In my years of government service, I have consistently shown loyalty and
dedication in completing all the tasks and responsibilities assigned to me. Now I
would like to move ahead in my career. Therefore, may I request to be considered
for promotion to the position of Dump Truck Driver. Please find my attached
Personal Data Sheet for your perusal.

I hope that my application be given due consideration. Rest assured that I will
continue to extend highest competence and dedication to my work.
