You are expected to perform your duties and functions as School ICT
Coordinator and in-charge of all the information systems and projects implemented by
DepEd and other related function until such time this designation is repealed.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

1. Manage and maintain School’s ICT infrastructure.


2. Supports programs and projects implemented at the school, division and
learning centers.
3. Implement ICT policies and standards in schools.
4. Monitor and evaluate the status of ICT equipment.
5. Helps capacitate teachers on ICT implementation.
6. Helps identify ICT needs/requirements and recommends solutions.
7. Perform duties and functions as outlined by the implementation of different
ICT-based systems (eg. LIS, EBEIS, eHRIS, etc).
8. Provide technical assistance to school personnel on ICT related concerns.
9. Maintain updated inventory and status of ICT equipment
10. Assist in crafting of ICT development plan as part of SIP
11. Provide technical support in the integration of ICT to teaching and learning.
