Ruffl Ed Collar Pattern

The document provides instructions for making ruffled collars that can be attached to necklines. It describes how to create a paper pattern by drawing a rectangle for the neckline measurement and dividing it into equal sections to open up and create ruffles. The wider the opened sections are drawn, the fuller the frills will be when knitted according to the pattern.
