Comments.:- IIt has been observed that –
1- Boom greasing was not done since long time, resultant boom is dry condition and full Boom Greasing is
recommended with special high temperature grease.
2- Wire Rope and drive pulley greasing needs to be done.
3- Out rigger vertical cylinder RHS front minor leakage.
4- Main Boom Cylinder leakage.
5- Telescopic Boom Cylinder leakage as heavily Oil leakage observed from the boom.
6- Both Engines are leaking nearby Clutch Coupling & Transmission.
7- Excessive exhaust smoke observed.
8- Swing System Gear Is Dried, must be greased.
