 Sweep the front/foyer of the building (Janus dining area) & child care centre corridor (mop
as required) & wipe down the hand rails on child care centre and the glass balustrade daily
as required. (6am-6:45am)
 Mop the front stairs in section so that the whole stairs get fully mopped once a week.

 Spot clean the entrance glass door for finger marks (including Janus café corridor glass).

 Check spot clean the lifts @10.30am and 1.30pm.
 Remove the rubbish (inside the goods lift) placed by the day time toilet cleaners as required.
 On Mondays, Bloomberg balcony (level 28)-sweep, wipe down the furniture and wipe down
glass railing as required. On alternate Thursday, service secure bins from Oil search level 22-
24, level 17 NWC&level 4HFW.
 Male showers towels service on B1 and B2+female showers on B1 between 2pm and 2.15pm
Monday-Thursday.
 Every Friday between 2 and 2.30pm-Carry out special office cleaning (level 2BNY; these
office are closed at night and hence are cleaned once a week on Fridays during the daytime).
 Report any defects, incidents or issues immediately to your site manager. For security

 Clean breakfast starts 10am, have to finish 10.30am. Andrew will leave some salad and fruits
cup. Salad cups keep in the fridge for back up at 10 am. Fruits, salad and other, he will leave
in the trolley. You can back up them after Andrew finish the job. Fill up jams and butters for
next day.
