ORDER
15.07.2020- We started hearing learned counsel for the appellant in
Company Appeal (AT)(Insolvency) No.1039 of 2019 as a lead case. Learned
counsel for the appellant submits that the main file is not with him and he is
arguing the matter on brief notes. He seeks time to argue the matter.
2. We thought it proper that all the parties should have filed the written
submissions alongwith the only relevant pages of the documents.
3. Parties are directed to file written submissions not more than three
pages alongwith convenient compilation positively within a week. Parties are
also directed to supply copy of the written submissions alongwith convenient
compilation to the opposite party. It is made clear that no further
adjournment will be allowed. Let all the appeals be fixed on 30th July, 2020.
4. Interim order to continue in all the appeals till the next date of hearing.
