                Defining A Franchise
                The exclusive right to develop and operate a number of Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill restaurants for a certain
                period of time within the agreed territory.
                Obtaining A Franchise
                Franchises are granted to substantial companies who have proven themselves capable of meeting
                Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill restaurants high standards.
DAN RYAN’S      Franchise Costs
                Area Development Agreement – An up front fee is paid to secure the exclusive right to develop and operate

                a number of Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill restaurants within a geographical region; fees vary depending upon
                the size of the territory and number of locations.
ACQUIRING       Site Fee
                Potential markets are predetermined in the Area Franchise Agreement; an individual site fee will be
AN DAN RYAN’S   paid prior to developing each new restaurant; fees will be paid within a pre-arranged time frame.
FRANCHISE       Continuing Fees
                5% of all Food & Beverage Gross Receipts paid monthly in arrears.
                Marketing Fee
                2% of all Food & Beverage Gross Receipts paid monthly in arrears.
                Term
                The agreement is for an initial 10 year term, with Two, 5 year renewable options.
                 •	 Proven hospitality experience.
DAN RYAN’S       •	 Desire to develop and grow a multiple restaurant development plan of at least 		
                    three Dan Ryan’s restaurants.
CHICAGO GRILL    •	 Demonstrate minimum liquidity of USD$3,000,000.
INTERNATIONAL    •	 Evidence of an existing business infrastructure that can support the launch and
                    development of Dan Ryan’s.
FRANCHISE
QUALIFICATIONS   •	 Showcase local knowledge, business relationships, and expertise in the areas of	
                    consumer preferences, real estate, government regulations, labor, and logistics.
