Supplier Training Guide

Responding to a Sourcing Event


Once you have completed the requested Supplier Information form and it has been
approved, you are eligible to participate in upcoming sourcing events (tenders) that Sibanye-
Stillwater buyers might invite you to.

Upon receiving an
invitation email, click
on View Event.

You will be prompted to sign in before viewing the event.

Populate your login details.

Upon logging in, you will be taken to the sourcing event that you have been invited to.
The name of the event will appear on the top-left, with the event duration shown on the right.
Please note that responses cannot be submitted once the event has closed.

Read through the Buyer Attachments and the Terms and Conditions,

Check the Intend to

When done reviewing the attachments, click on the ‘Enter Response’ button to respond to the
event.

This opens up the ‘My Responses’ tab, with all the event questions and items.
Please respond to all mandatory questions, as indicated by an asterisk*.
Remember to save your progress.

Populate the price for lots, items and/or services under the ‘Items and Lots’ section.
The items can be downloaded and updated via Excel through the ‘Export to Excel’ button,
then later uploaded through the ‘Import from Excel’ button.

You will receive a confirmation that the responses have been submitted to the buyer.

Provided there is still time, the responses can be changed.

Click on Edit Response

Editing a Submitted Response
You will receive a confirmation that the responses have been submitted to the buyer.
Once the event has been concluded and awarded, Sibanye-Stillwater will communicate
accordingly.
Should you be awarded an event, an additional information form will be sent to update your
information.

Message Board
Should you wish to communicate with the Sibanye-Stillwater buyer during an event, use the
Messages board on the bottom left of your screen. The response will come through the
message board as well.
