Target Customers and the Main Value Proposition to the Customers
The main goal of why we decided to start a water refilling station is not only to generate profits or
income but to provide customers with the finest quality purified and distilled water. Since in today’s
generation, millions of people die annually from water-related diseases, we wanted to promote good
health by drinking clean water. We also aim to attract and maintain clients and clients’ loyalty and trust
in our business.
The enterprise is located in a space at Holy Ghost, Baguio City, and the other one in New York City. Since
safe water is an issue at the center of the City, water refilling stations are located almost everywhere.
This means that there’s a lot of tough competition between refilling stations but with the low price but
clean and safe distilled or purified water and also along with the distinct offers of our enterprise it will
attract the attention of many and make it unique from the rest. It is located near a Secondary School and
also located near a church.
Target Customers
Students
Since it is situated near the school it will be a high demand for students. Since the refilling price starts at
2.00 pesos for a 250ml bottle, it will help the students to save more money by refilling in our station
instead of buying another bottle of water that would cost 15.00 pesos for the same amount.
Teachers
It will also be a demand for the teachers of the school since it is nearby, it will help them drink clean and
safe distilled or purified water for a cheap price but a lot of good health benefits. But if the teachers
have their water dispensers in their offices, they can buy refills at our stations at a low price but with
many good health benefits.
Vendors
Since Baguio City and New York City was one of the cities in the world that has famous attractions, there
is no doubt that there will also be many vendors selling stuff to the tourist. These vendors can buy water
from our refilling station to quench their thirst or to use for their business like juice.
Tourist
Baguio and New York City are renowned for their famous attractions, so many people visit these cities.
And most of them are also conscious of the water they drink, so they will prefer distilled and purified
water.
Drivers
It will help drivers to quench their thirst while waiting for passengers since it is along the road that is the
usual route for vehicles, this will help the business to get known by many people passing through the
station.
Parents
Since the community is becoming more health-conscious as days pass by, and this does not exempt the
most essential part of our everyday life, water. Many parents will prefer to buy distilled and purified
water instead of those tap water or water from wells.
So the target customers or target audiences would be anyone. It can either be the parents, students, the
vendors selling near the station, drivers who are waiting for passengers, tourists, be it male or female,
old or young. Everyone can be the target customer of our business because water is everyone's daily
need and in the products and services that we offer we ensure that our customers will like it and be our
loyal clients.
