1st Establishment

Farm Boy

Farm Boy Grill is a Steakhouse and the only Fast Food Restaurant that offers Angus
Beef. Angus Bearing the U.S. Department of Agriculture seal, our choice cuts come from
Black Angus cattle with superior quality, consistency, and marbling. This ensures you
only the most flavorful and tender steak.

They also offer Kobe Steak, beef kebab, braised beef brisket and other more rice meals
and salads.
You can choose any cut of PH BEEF, USDA ANGUS, and JAPANESE WANGYU. You
can choose its doneness, and choose your free side dish.

G/F Florotel Hotel, Pendatun Corner Laurel Sts, Gen Santos City. (Besides Mang Inasal)

The ratings in the first visit is higher compared to the second visit because, we were
warmly welcomed and served well during the first day, the waiter served us water
immediately after we ordered, he is also always in stand by whenever we need rice, and
is always smiling,accommodating & friendly. While on the second visit they are in lack
of staff,, that causes the different kind of service we've experienced, but overall Farm
Boy Grill gives a good service to customers that we will surely go back for!

Rib Shack

Ribshack is a fast food restaurant that offers grilled spareribs, back ribs and pork bbq.

We rate Rib Shack with a bad service because their space is so small, that could cause it
to be a crowded and chaotic place most especially during peak hours. Their employees
and staffs are stationed to every corner and is attentive in cleaning the tables, but they
are not that friendly, approachable, and attentive to our concerns, because they don’t
have the willingness to do something for you, it’s like they don’t like/love what they
are doing.
Conclusions:

The restaurant that gives a good service is The Farm Boy grill, while the Rib Shack is the
restaurant that gives a bad service. It was not only in our perception but also to those
we knew that already eaten in that restaurant. In there we compared and for the result
it was the same on what we have experienced. This paper does not only criticize the
establishments, but we believed that through this paper we could help the
restaurants/establishment to improve and be better in the future, because the services
that they offer does not only affect the stability of their restaurant/establishment, but it
can also affect us the customers and consumers.
