MADAM:

We are very pleased to donate to the Local Government Unit of Diffun thru Andres Bonifacio Barangay a
parcel of land with an area of 136.5 square meters proposed as Barangay Road at Purok 6, Andres
Bonifacio, Diffun, Quirino Province under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-5442 owned by Virginia
Domingo-Aguada as “Donor” represented by yours truly, Fernando I. Domingo.

I understand some members of the Municipal Council and some members of the Andres Bonifacio
Barangay made a surprise visit of the land on September 3, 2020 but I was not able to come around
because of the Parish Council Meeting that I attended on that day. However, should you wish to have
another inspection, please let me know in advance.

You will find attached a Draft of the Deeds of Donation and if you think this is the appropriate form and
content, we can carry it on.

I am also furnishing you a photocopy of the Transfer Certificate of Title and the Special Power of
Attorney issued to me to support this agreement.
