DRINK
HOW DOES IT HELP?
 For Dehydration-
The calcium chloride and vinegar in the pickle juice makes the sodium and potassium more readily absorbed by the
body which helps in delivering nutrients to the body faster than any other source.
The salt in the juice also helps in restoring the electrolyte balance in one’s body.

 For Muscle Cramps-

About 1/3 cup of pickle juice helps with rapid pain relief. The sour taste of the pickled cucumber water causes the
receptors in the mouth to send a neural signal to the brain. The muscles are then controlled differently and as a result,
cramps quickly disappear again. Vinegar help to stop the nerve signals that make tired muscles cramp.

 Powerhouse of Antioxidants-
Pickle juice is packed with antioxidants, electrolytes, and is particularly high in vitamin C and calcium. he
antioxidants not only prevent free-radical damage, but the nutrients are also far more readily absorbed in the body due
to the acidic content of the pickle juice.

 Good for Gut-

Pickle juice with yogurt encourages the growth and healthy balance of good bacteria in your gut.
