Production Control Engineer 1
The Role:
This is an operation role in direct support of NPI engineering development on samples
planning and execution to meet product implementation timeline.
The Person:
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced
environment. Having process-oriented thinking and the ability to focus on details is crucial,
along with willingness to learn. Strong organizational, time management and

communication skills are vital.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the samples planning, tracking, scheduling, and delivery of early
prototype samples of our products to internal/external customers.
Collaborate closely with AMD labs and manufacturing sites to ensure execution carries
out as per plan.
Work with multiple functional teams to resolve samples backlogs and potential
schedule interruptions.
Work on related projects and/or assignment as required.
Preferred Experience:
Proven experience with material planning, logistics, scheduling.
Flexible to work as required by business needs.
Familiarity with semiconductors and/or supply chain is preferred.
Experience in Product Data Management
Experience with prototyping of electronic component
Academic Credentials:
BS Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable subject areas.
