How we work
We start by listening carefully to the clients needs and compiling as much detail and research as we can relevant to the project. We then try and align our
thinking and workflow to match the client's primary objectives and end-goals. We then ideate and conceptualize and present viable, relevant creative

3d environment/structural design
Almoe Creative has designed and successfully executed hundreds of event stages and environment for highly reputed events and conferences in the UAE and across the
GCC. Our dedicated team of 3d structural design artists have many years of experience providing high quality environment designs for a variety of events and corporate
gatherings. Starting from a client brief, our 3d design team will meticulously provide basic pre-renders to help evolve a design that will fit the clients requirements and follows
all guidelines that need to be adhered to. Our collaborative process has ensured that our valued customers get design value that amplifies the effectiveness of their corporate

Almoe Productions – Meydan Projects
The Meydan Hotel – Dubai, UAE
Positioned so as to have excellent views of all the Dubai Racing Club and Dubai World Cupaction this 5 star hotel has
received a high level of audio visual fit out for which Almoe hasprovided design, engineering and installation.
Specifically this includes the Ballroom, meetingrooms, restaurants, bars and back ground music systems. The Ballroom
is a divisible space required to cater for a wide variety of functions and events.
Meydan Grandstand - Dubai, UAE
From a hospitality perspective the Grandstand includes several restaurants, food courts, suites and bars. As a part of
Almoe’s comprehensive installation of Audio Visual systems to this venue the hospitality areas received outfitting with
back ground music systems tailored to each of the spaces. Equipped with centralized management and local control for
the Maître d’ and bar staff to adjust the ambience and mood of each locality for their clientele. Almoe has also been
responsible for Digital Signage, House TV and Broadcast systems within the venue as well as providing the Broadcast
engineers for events such as the Dubai WorldCup.
Shiba Restaurant - Meydan Hotel, Dubai, UAE
The Shiba Restaurant, a fine dining experience located in the Meydan Hotel is one of several bars and restaurants for
which Almoe was asked to provide Audio Visual outfitting. Working in close coordination with the Architect, interior
designers, owner and property operator the system design for the restaurant was developed to meet the requirements
and budgets of all the stake holders.
Almoe Productions – Dubai Autodrome
Dubai Autodrome – Kartdrome, Dubai, UAE
In addition to its excellent Formula track and Grandstand the Dubai Autodrome’s state of the art complex also features
an international standard 1.2kM outdoor Kart track and a challeng-ing indoor track. Almoe were invited to install Public
Address and background music systems for these facilities and as a result of the success of these installations we were
again invited to carry out further works on the PA BGM systems for the main Grandstand and complex.
Dubai Autodrome – Dubai, UAE
The Dubai Autodrome plays host to many of the racing calendar’s major events including the FIA GT Championship,
World Touring Car Championship, A1GP, World Series by Renault, Toyo Tires 24 Hours Endurance Series and the GP2
Asia series. A vital part of the business case for any sporting venue is its suites and corporate hospitality venues.
Almoe’s initial work at the Autodrome included background music systems for the hospitality suites and has
subsequently been extended to include the Audio control system for the previously installed Grandstand PA system.
Trilogy Night Club – Madinat Jumeirah – Dubai, UAE
Design and installation for the Trilogy Nightclub was provided by Almoe. The result; a club with thundering sub bass,
crystal clear highs and a mid-range to bring the subtlest vocal to the fore. In the engine room state of the art digital
sound processing and stacks of amplifica-tion work as a tight drive chain to the loudspeaker system.
The Club’s vertical lighting pods have been designed to match the unique architecture of the space without limiting
their ability to provide an exciting and dynamic dance floor environ-ment.
Almoe Productions – Sun & Sands Sports Retail Showroom
Sun & Sand LED Project – Adrian Goulder Designed
This prestigious project was design by renowned designer Adrian Goulder with Almoe AV systems acting
as the Special Projects Manager. This was the first true curved LED screen in Dubai, not just using
cabinets that are angled to make a curve but the panels themselves bend every 250mm thus creating an
in-depth and immersive experience
The screen itself is a 3.9mm pixel pitch LED with a 7.5mm curve every 250mm.
When he designed the store he had to stick to the same design, keeping in line with the SSS 2.0 look.
Adrian gave it a fresh feel that pushes what is physically possible and to knock down the four walls of the
retail screen experience that people normally experience in a mall environment.
Almoe Productions – Other Projects
Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.
The Madinat is a slick mix of old and new, a traditional souk market peppered with designer names
surrounded by a quayside of dhows, restaurants, bars and cafés and flanked by two grand boutique hotels.
The architecture a reflection of traditional styles topped with wind towers and interiors are opulently
Arabic. The resort includes conference and banqueting facilities, grand ballrooms, a 1000-seat amphitheatre
and extensive leisure and health facilities. The main multi-purpose arena hosts conferences, exhibitions and
concerts and incorporated in the resort is a 400 seat theatre complex which is equipped to take
international shows.
Sun Tower,Yas Island – Abu Dhabi, UAE
The 60 metre Sun Tower provides stunning views over the Yas Island Formula 1 track’s racing action. This
iconic building features lighting control systems designed and installed by Almoe. There are many areas of
our projects we would like to share with you but rather than expand on these here if you see a specific
technology, topic or application here that is of interest we will be more than happy to elaborate on our
approach and experience in that area. Alternatively we would be pleased for the relevant designer or
engineer to provide an explanation at the appropriate level for either the end user or technologists.
Almoe Productions – Dubai Parks & Resorts/ Bollywood Park
The Bollywood Park Main Stage LED project comprised of 6.25mm Pixel Pitch LED which
is a really breath taking sight with true depth and clarity of colour. Based in the heart of
Dubai this LED wall is used to showcase the Bollywood Rajmahal Stage Shows using
Disguise (D3) Media Player Technology. This spectacular large scale installation is one of
its kind in the UAE and helps captivate large audiences at the prestigious Bollywood Park
location every day. ALMOE Productions Almoe meticulous and detailed screen designs
are ample proof to our expertise and indepth technical planning process from concept to
completion

Almoe Productions – UAE Tour Cycling Trophy
Once again ALMOE Productions partnered with RCS Sports & Events to Technically produce the
inaugural running of THE UAE Tour. Since 2014 we have worked with RCS on the Dubai & Abu
Dhabi Tours, now they have been combined to create the 7-day UAE Tour.
ALMOE Productions was tasked with providing technical support for all Start and Finish Areas –
14 events in 7 days in 14 different locations around the U.A.E
Approximately 90 crew, 12 trucks 4 busses were required each day to support the production of
Audio & Video in all locations
Almoe Productions – EDGE Pavilions
Almoe was chosen from a panel of several high-end service providers to provide AV and
other technical solutions for the EDGE pavilions and other major Defence and Security trade
shows and exhibitions. The vast array of display units and the aesthetically balanced look
and feel of the large pavilions had very stringent quality control measures to be adhere to.
