2. The main approximate content in fluid:CO2 in gas is 2%(mol).
3. Flange gaskets seating face finish shall be 125 (3.2μm) to 250 (6.3μm) AARH.
4. All Load cases including transportation and erection(consider dressing up weight) need to be taken into consideration in design calculations.
5. Table with max. allowable nozzle loads shall be shown on the general arrangement drawing.
6. The hydrostatic test can only take place once the authorization certificate is obtained. CONTRACTOR pointed Tunisian Third Party Inspector
shall witness the hydrostatic test.
7. Hydrostatic test pressure is at least equal to 1.5 times the MAWP multiplied by the lowest stress ratio (LSR) for the materials of which the vessel
is constructed. The stress ratio for each material is the ratio of the stress value S at its test temperature to the stress value S at its design
temperature.
8. Flange bolts holes shall straddle filter's north-south line and true vertical line.
9. Proper position shall be reserved on the nameplate for third party inspector to stamp after hydrotest witness.
