Written by: Who wrote the Success Story? It may be more than an author
Designation: The Author(s)’s designation
Target Audience Those who will read or access this story

Headline 1. Craft an appealing headline within


10 words
2. Add an emotional hook or show
action
3. Show relevance
4. Add number if applicable
Expound on the situation 1. What happened?
2. What led to the situation
3. What were the effects of the
situation on the beneficiaries
4. Who’s involved?
Strategy/Approach 1. Introduce the project and funder, if
any
2. How did you resolve the situation?
3. Why did you use the approach?
4. Has there been other attempts to
address the situation? If yes, by who
and what was the status?
5. Who did you collaborate with?
Discuss Results 1. What impact did the intervention
have on the beneficiaries?
2. Include quotes from beneficiaries
3. Add interpreted data where
applicable
4. Where applicable include sharp
photos
The Big Picture 1. Project the overall impact of your
intervention on the
beneficiaries/community in the
foreseeable years.

things you could not do that others
