Dear Ms. Mylene Abiva,

I would like to express my sincere desire to apply for an On-The-Job training program in this
company. I am Ron Gabriel S. Sevilleno, a senior high school student, taking up a Science,
Technology, Engineering and Mathematics strand in the Technological Institute of the
Philippines- Manila. Our course curriculum requires us to have 80-hours supervised industry
training that aims to complement the concept and theories we have learned, to the development
of our full potential, through exposure to the actual field work.

When I was a Junior High School I was acknowledge as a best in robotics, and have often been
utilized as a student coach to help bring along younger, less experienced students in field of
robotics. I also won two times in Manila Robotics Cup and recognized as champion in robotics
in Manila and also I joined in the Philippine Robotics Olympiad (National Level). My
background in the field of robotics has provided me with the excellent people and engineering
skills necessary to succeed in this competitive and fast paced industry. I have performed a wide
variety of training and mentoring activities, including programming, building of a robot, gearing
techniques, core values, critical thinking and analyzing problem and motivating students to give
100% at all times. I am familiar with the hard work and dedication to what I am doing and my
coach in high school Mrs. Marlita Vitto found it beneficial to utilize my knowledge and
experience in robotics to inspire a younger students. In addition, I am able to work with under
pressure. Self-discipline and attitude are my principal. I am fast learner, confident and high
motivation person and excellence is my lifestyle.

I believe that the opportunity to work with you can help me enhance my knowledge and skills in
Science and Technology especially in the field of robotics and help me achieve my full potential
as an Engineer. I am the kind of person who is open for learning, strives to build new skills, good
communicator and hardworking. I also prioritize the satisfaction of people with my work, and I
believe this is something I can achieve for and with you. Thank you very much for
accommodating my application, and I hope to hear from you soon. Please see my enclosed
