01 Download and Installation-Method 1
Operator: ZTE External user and ZTE Internal user.
Step 1: Access the EPMS login interface (URL: id.epms.zte.com.cn) at the corresponding deployment point
from the mobile phone, and then click the link of iCenter Ex at the bottom of the interface to
download and install the installation package (applicable to Android and IOS).

Operator: ZTE External user and ZTE Internal user.
Step 1: Log in to EPMS from a computer. After login, click the "Application Download" icon in the upper right
corner of the interface, and scan the corresponding QR code with the mobile phone browser to download
and install the installation package.

Step 1: Trust the enterprise-level application on the mobile phone(Settings > General > Device
Management > ZTE CORPORATION )

Notes：
If you have downloaded the software, the software is automatically updated.
If you have not downloaded the software, use the QR code in the latest version of the guide.
02 Preparation before use-Login and Choose project
Operator: User
Step 1: Choose “Workbench” > Click “iEPMS”
Step 2: Click “Please select project” to select the project which you need.
Step 2: Click a project you need to enter it .

03 ETSS-Download task
Operator: User
Step 1: In the “Tools” menu, click the “ETSS” to enter the ETSS
Step 2: Click download icon to enter the data synchronization page.

Step 3: For the first time enters the ETSS, select "Full" to download the task and survey template
Step 4: For the non-first time enters the ETSS, select "Incremental" to download them.
Step 5: After downloading the data, click the return icon to view the tasks to be executed.

Step 1: Click the task to enter the main task interface
Step 2: Click the "Fill in task" icon to enter the site survey template to fill in the site survey information

1. Fields with "*" are required fields.
2. If there is a mark " Not Completed" in the tab，it
detail will indicate that the tab contains some fields which
are mandatory to be filled in, and must be filled in
completely.

06 Approve TSS Task (ZTE)
Operator: ZTE
Path: 【EPMS】->【ETSS】->【Approval Task Management】
Operation steps ：
Step 1: Select the "Pending My Approved" tab
Step 2: select the survey task to be approved, and click the button to enter the approval interface.

Step 3: In the approval interface, select the fields to be modified, fill in the information, and click 【Save】 to modify the
survey data.
Step 4: select the fields to be annotated, and click Add Annotations. In the displayed Annotations dialog box, enter the
comments information and click 【OK】 to add the comments information.
06 Approve TSS Task (ZTE)
Step 5: In the approval interface, click “Approval Information”. In the expanded approval information, select the
approval comments and click 【 Submit 】 to complete the approval.
07 Q&A
Question 1: How can I do when download task failed？
Answer 1: Please try “Reset”，and download again

Question 2: When I click a task，there‘s a tip“the template for this task has been updated, please download the new
template”，what should I do？
Answer 2: Please select “CONFRIM” and click the task again，if the tip continues to pop up，please click download icon to
enter the data synchronization page，select “All” and download the template again.

Question 3: What should I do when I submit/save the task Failed？
Answer 3: Please click download icon to enter the data synchronization page，Select “Data Upload” Page，delete the upload
task，return back the task and submit/save the task again.
Question 4: Does the data can be lost when I can't submit/save the task successful？
Answer 4: The data save on your phone，it will not lost unless you delete or click “Reset” button in the data synchronization
page . So do not click “Reset” button before submit/save the task successful.
Question 5: What should I do when I can't use ETSS？
Answer 5: You can survey in traditional mode, record all information on paper and take photos by your phone or camera，
when you come back home or to office ，you need fill in the web page according to the paper survey information. If you don't
know how to fill in the web page ，pls refer to the following PPT.

Operation steps ：
Step 1: Select the "In Progress" tab
Step 2: select the survey task to be filled, and click the button to enter the fill page.

Step 3: Select the first sheet to fill the information
Step 4: Click “Save”，Note: pls save if you leave the page or change to another sheet，or your data will be lost！
Step 5: Change to next sheet ，when you finish all sheets ，Click “Submit”
note：if you submit successful ，you can see a tip “Operation succeeded.”，if not ，pls check that all fields with *
must be filled
