2. In connection with the above reference, be informed that PCpl Cherry


G Signap, 197849 of this Police Station is highly recommended to undergo
Public
Safety Crime Investigation and Detection Course (PS CRIDEC) to be conducted
by
PPSC, NFSTI at Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba City, Laguna.

3. In this regard, request issue endorsement letter address to Chief, RLRDD,


NCRPO in favor of the above-named PNCO for the above purpose.
