I ADAM SCHMID of P.O. Box 43170-00100, Nairobi, HEREBY PETITION this


Honourable Court for a grant of Letters of Administration de bonis non of the estate of
the above-named ROLF RAINER SCHIMID who died domiciled in Kenya on the 1 st
day October 2012 of limited to that part of the said estate remaining unadministered:

    AND SAY as follows: -

The deceased died intestate domiciled in Kenya intestate and letters of


administration to his estate were granted by this Honourable Court on 21 st day of
March 2013 to SARAH NJOROGE of 24360 Nairobi.

The grant in respect of the Estate was confirmed on 29th October, 2013.

who on the 1st day of May 2015 died leaving part of the said estate unadministered.

I present this petition in my capacity as a dependant of the deceased.

I will faithfully administer according to law all the estate of the deceased which by
law devolves to and vests in the personal representative for the use and benefit of
the said ……………………limited as aforesaid but no further or otherwise and I will
render a just and true account thereof   whenever required by law so to do and I will
when required by this Court deliver up thereto the said grant.
