1) ISSUANCE OF ZONING / LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE

A Locational Clearance, commonly referred to a Zoning Permit, is one of the prerequisite documents
before a person can get a Building Permit and Business Permit. This is to ensure that construction of
the building follows the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Zoning Ordinance of the City.

1.1 Requirements for Building Permit Application

1.1.1 Duly accomplished and notarized Locational Clearance Application


Form;
1.1.2 Certified true copy of Title (Transfer Certificate of Title);
1.1.3 Tax Declaration and Current Tax Clearance Certificate;
1.1.4 Lot Plan signed and sealed by a licensed geodetic engineer;
1.1.5 Four (4) copies of plan duly signed and sealed by a Licensed
Architect/ Engineer;
1.1.6 Barangay Clearance; Barangay Resolution (if needed);
1.1.7 Clearance from duly organized and recognized HOA;
1.1.8 Traffic Impact Assessment (if needed);
1.1.9 Bill of Materials;
1.1.10 Clearance from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines
(if needed)

5) ISSUANCE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
A Development Permit is a written approval from the City that your plans are in accordance to existing
laws and ordinances such as the Presidential Decree 957, Batas Pambansa 220 and the City Zoning
Ordinance. All development permit applications must meet the zoning regulations of the property,
such as land use, lot dimensions, lot area, etc.
