Heat transfer on VH 823 and VH 824 does not work well. Because it does not give temperature difference between T inlet and T
outlet shows the poor heat transfer in the heat exchanger.

ANALYSIS / INSPECTION
Base on temperature inlet and outlet shows that the difference in temperature value is lower than the design that indicates that
there is a decline in performance of the heat exchanger. The Data is presented as follows:

RECOMMENDATION
The decrease performance of the heat exchanger caused by dirty / deposited so that heat exchanger needs to be done chemical
cleaning.
